Frequently Asked Questions

Order times?
Because all costumes are made to order after the time of order, production times vary! We generally recommend a minimum of one month or more for multiple costume orders.  Supplies and Equipment vary based upon availability. 
Payment options?
Payment options vary.  Because every item can be hand made to order and customized as needed, we do not have established shipping information.  Please contact us for all viable payment options. 
Return/Refund policy?
Returns and refunds are generally not accepted.  However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship there may be exceptions.  In the chance a refund or return is requested, the balance will be applied for in house credit only. 
Order Obligation?
Online orders are under no obligation to follow through until you confirm your order with us.  You may use our online utility to build a shopping cart and develop a wish list.  You can feel free to submit your shopping cart so it saves to your account – just select the option at the end “DO NOT PLACE ORDER | Save as wishlist.” 
Wishlist Option?
Whereas we don’t currently have a wishlist option built in (we’re working to develop this); we have changed the way we handle orders for this: Simply select the option at the end under “shipping,” “DO NOT PLACE ORDER | Save as wishlist.”

          Ashley Nostalgia has been in the business of producing the best in Old Time Photos for families and individuals for over 35 years. We opened our first studio in Houston’s Astroworld and over the years have had studios in 15 theme parks nationwide. Today we continue our tradition of producing the best quality Old Time Photo and Tintype on the market.
